The Kongu Educational Trust, Uthukuli, was formed in the year 1991 under the initiative of Thavathiru Thangavel Swamigal and guided by Thiru. A.K.C. Thiyagarajan, a benevolent and noted industrialist, with the moto of imparting sound education to the people of uthukuli and its vicinity, based on charity. Seven acres of land was handed over to the Trust, consisting 24 members, to construct own building, where the school at present is situated.
AIM
School is the temple of God and service to humanity is service to God. Having anticipated the soaring fee and high expenses involved to avail oneself basic primary education, the Trust decided to run the school on charity service, to provide quality education with equal opportunity to all students on secular vision irrespective of caste, creed, region and political perspectives. The school aims to cultivate a sense of equality and co-operation among students and help them face the challenges of the modern world with an open mind and positive outlook. Students are inculcated Knowledge with Merit which leads them to get good Status in the society they live in as the three bears the name and ideals of the school.
LOCATION
The school is situated in Uthukuli at the foot hill of Kaithamalai, the holy abode of Lord Murugan, in a serene and sylvan surroundings spread into a vast seven acres of land adjacent to Tirupur, the Cotton city of India and at a stone throw distance away from Tirupur – Erode main road. The campus serves to be a model, environment friendly and echo-centric habitat blessed with pure and fragrant cascade of breeze all over, arousing global consciousness to protect the Nature.
